Yes, most of our king-size bed frames are available with integrated under-bed storage drawers. Depending on the bed design, this provides up to 16 cubic feet of additional storage space.

Our storage drawers, like the rest of the bed, are handcrafted and can usually add up to four drawers. They will have an identical finish to your bed and use dovetailed joints for extra strength. 

Super king-size (6’0”) and eastern king (6’6”) bed frames are the next sizes up from king-size.

Our solid wooden king-size beds can be crafted using two types of wood. 

1. Using solid oak – we use fine-grade European oak that’s aged 150-200 years, selected for its character and durability.
2. Using Oregon wood – this is a combination of Quebec Yellow and Scandinavian Redwood, selected to achieve an optimum combination of strength, stability, and intricate design detail.

Our oak beds come in one finish, but our Oregon beds are polished in a choice of 4 natural wax finishes. So, if you’re looking for dark wood king-size beds, our Oregon wooden king-size beds are a perfect choice.
