The majestic County Clare bed incorporates a myriad of traditional features such as raised square panelling, split barley twist turning and carved dog-tooth detailing, each handmade and set into position in the time-honoured way.
Our photo gallery also shows the County Clare bed with (optional) underbed storage drawers, each the size of a large suitcase providing a combined 16 cubic feet of ample storage space.
Like most of our beds, the County Clare comes in widths of up to 7ft Emperor and 8ft Caesar – and we’re happy to build bespoke bed sizes, too. Also, the County Clare, County Kerry and the leather County Cork bed, feature their own exclusive coordinating bedroom furniture collection.

Our optional under-bed storage drawers are the size of a large suitcase and the perfect place to store away bedding, duvets, jumpers… anything. Hand-crafted in the time-honoured way, just like our bed frames, under-bed storage is available with 2 or 4 drawers (depending on the bed design) to provide up to 16 cubic feet of storage space.
