Place your order with a 10% deposit today, with the final balance due on the day of delivery. All furniture is handmade and lead times are 6-7 weeks.

Any payments / deposits made are fully refundable if you change your mind.

The final balance may be paid by cash, card or bank transfer.

Please note that we do not accept cash payments over £8,000.

All our beds, furniture & mattresses are delivered and installed for free* by our specialist two-man team.

As part of our service, we will also ask you for any narrow access points to ensure your order can be installed successfully and then schedule and confirm a delivery date with you. We will then contact you again nearer the time of your delivery date as a reminder – at this point we will also provide an approximate time of arrival.

What happens if I can’t accept my delivery date?
Don’t worry, your order will be rescheduled for the next time we are in your area.

For your complete peace of mind, we offer a 21-day money back promise from the point of installation if you change your mind (excluding bespoke and made to measure products).

All beds come with a 10 year guarantee and mattresses are guaranteed for 5 years (Diamond 14,000 mattress is 10 years).

Bespoke and made to measure products are not available to order online.

If you order a product online that does require bespoke alterations or needs to be made to measure, then an additional charge would apply. This would be confirmed by a member of our team when they call to process your order.

All wardrobes come with single or double hanging rails as standard.

Additional configuration options, such as sliding shoe trays, drawers, shelves and blanket drawers are optional extras. These items can’t be ordered online, but a member of our team can add these items for you when they call to confirm your order.

If applicable, we will also ask you if you require single or double hanging rails.
