We use our own specialist delivery & installation team to make sure your luxury bed arrives in perfect condition

When you place your order, we will schedule and confirm a delivery date with you. We will then contact you again nearer the time of your delivery date as a reminder - at this point we will also provide an approximate time of arrival.

Because all of our solid wood beds and bedroom furniture are handmade to order in our Nottinghamshire workshops, we are limited as to the number of orders we can produce at any one time.

As such, we limit our orders to focus our undivided attention on each and every individual customer, ensuring that every detail of our beds and furniture are of the highest quality.

Free delivery and installation*

On the day of installation our drivers will install your bed and bedroom furniture in your chosen room and provide you with a care guide*. If you have ordered a mattress, our team will also set that up on your bed and remove any packaging. Finally, they will clear any outstanding balance and answer any further questions you may have.

For your complete peace of mind, all our wooden beds and bedroom furniture are covered by our 21 day money-back promise. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, then we will arrange a collection at our own cost and provide you with a full refund.

*Free delivery and installation of our beds and bedroom furniture is UK mainland only. There may be a delivery charge for mattress / bedding only orders. 10 year guarantee applies to beds only.
