The bed was purchased to celebrate retirement so was happy to pay more for something a little special rather than a standard bed bought from the volume led national chain. I could not be more pleased! Manufactured to order the company has the correct balance between automation and the personal touch. I had the misfortune of having to alter my original order and found staff dealt with the change politely, quickly and efficiently. I was kept informed regularly on delivery dates with automated confirmation and a team member spoke personally the day before delivery to confirm the date, approximate times (3hr time slot) and to advise that as I was the first drop then it would be closer to the strat of the time slot rather than the end. I was also given the option to make the final payment rather than pay the driver on delivery as initially stated. The delivery team arrived on schedule and were suberb and assembling the bed and went above and beyond in helping remove, and reinstating a cabinet to make sure the mattress could "bend" round the stairs, even apologising for what was my error in calculations. The completed bed is of superb quality, built magnificently and excellent value for money albeit significantly more than if bought from the high street. Customer service and communication throughout the process was to notch with the customer facing delivery team representing the company without fault.
