We purchased an emperor bed and two side tables. We recieved excellent service from Revial; during the visit to the showroom right through to recieving the bed. At all stages you recieve regular updates and confirmation emails. The quality of the produce is outstanding and beautifully finished. The fitters who installed the bed were polite and helpful. all in all a good experience. It is important to note that we did however return the bed frame as a result of a miss-match in size between the frame and the orthopaedic mattress we had selected that was not from Revival - although both were Emperor sized. Depending on where you purchase your mattress from, it will either be in feet/inches or mm. Some emperor matteresses are sold as 2000mmx2000mm while others are 2150mmx2150mm and even 2130mmx2011mm. Some 2000x2000 beds/materesses are also known as Eastern King. If you are not planning to purchase a Revival mattress with the the bed frame, its important to speak with the Revival staff before purchase to ensure you select the right mattress. Even though we returned out bed the staff were very supportive and helpful.
