To make sure your new bed arrives in perfect condition, all our beds and furniture come with free* delivery and installation by our own specialist 2 man team (*UK mainland only).

From the point of delivery and installation, your new bed will be guaranteed for 10 years. It is also guaranteed not to squeak or creak.

Money Back Promise

Each bed is covered by our 21-day money-back promise. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, then we will arrange a collection at our own cost and provide you with a full refund.

Because all products are hand-made, our lead time is approximately 5-6 weeks for beds and bedroom furniture.

As part of our service, we will also ask you for any narrow access points to ensure your order can be installed successfully. We’ll then schedule and confirm a delivery date with you.

We’ll then contact you again nearer the time of your delivery date as a reminder – at this point we will also provide an approximate time of arrival.
