Placing your order with us is designed to be simple and flexible. You can order securely online or by calling our office on 01777 869 669, with just a 10% deposit required to secure your purchase – though you are welcome to pay the full balance if you prefer; both options are fully refundable should you change your mind.
The remaining balance is not due until your delivery day and our installations team can process this payment for you. Please note that bedding, wardrobe inserts and bespoke fees must be added over the phone when we call to confirm your online order.
Once confirmed, we will arrange your delivery date and provide a reminder nearer the time. Should your plans change, your delivery can be postponed and rescheduled. Finally, your handmade furniture will be delivered and installed free of charge* by our specialist two-man team, who will also answer any questions you may have.
*Free delivery and installation of our handmade beds, bedroom furniture and mattresses is UK mainland only. There may be a delivery charge for bedding only orders.
