We only ask for a 10% deposit (the balance is paid on delivery) and if you have any further queries at this stage, our friendly staff will be delighted to help.
The moment we receive your order we’ll send out a confirmation letter along with an Acceptance Form and SAE for you to return, so we know the order is exactly right.
Then we’ll call you to confirm a delivery date and contact you again nearer the time as a reminder. (We can even postpone delivery, for example if your bedroom isn’t ready).
Finally, delivery and installation is free* – by our own specialist two-man ‘shoes off’ delivery team.
