Caesar Mattresses Handcrafted in the UK

Caesar mattresses are 8’0’ wide and 6’6” long. When purchased alongside one of our caesar bed frames the footprint will be slightly larger, due to the design of the bed frame the mattress sits within.

For extra wide mattresses, we would recommend a zip-link mattress. A zip-link caesar mattress would be two mattresses that zip together in the middle. So in the case of caesar size, this would be 2 x 4’0” wide x 6’6” long mattresses zipped together.

There is no charge for this service and it has the advantage of you and a partner having a different mattress feel to cater for your individual requirements. For example, one side of the mattress may be a firm feel and the other side a medium feel.

It depends on the type of mattress and its construction. For example, our Diamond 11,000 mattress will weigh more than a Next Generation memory foam mattress because it has more components.

Most of our mattresses are rotate only, which means they do not have to be turned. This makes them easier to care for, especially with large mattresses, because you don’t need to worry about lifting them.

We would also recommend a zip-link caesar mattress because it is easier to unzip and rotate 2 smaller mattresses.

Caesar mattresses are 6’6″ long. The same length as king-size, super king-size, eastern king and emperor mattresses.

Because our mattresses are handmade to order in the UK, we can also provide extra long caesar mattresses (up to 8’0″ long) or shorter than the standard length, which is 6’6″.
