There is something extremely comforting about ordering a handmade bed direct from the craftsmen that built it.
From sawn timber through to an elegant masterpiece built to last for generations, a Revival Bed really is for a lifetime.
We take pride in our British craftsmanship – and it shows. Each component is lovingly crafted from the finest grade timber, which is grown in sustainable, managed forests and handpicked for its character. Timber is delivered to our workshops direct from the saw mill. Each piece carries its own distinct mark, making it easy for us to check the country of origin, even down to the name of the local mill.
Whether you opt for a natural wood or painted finish, our craftsmen devote many hours to the finishing of your Revival Bed.
We insist on European oak that’s 150-200 years old; selected for its distinctive notes*, character and durability. Each Oak bed is hand polished with protective Patina wax to bring out the natural beauty of the timber.
Oregon and painted beds
We use a combination of Quebec Yellow and Scandinavian Redwood to achieve the optimum combination of strength, stability and intricate design detail. Our Oregon beds are polished in a choice of four natural wax finishes. We also offer our beds in ten carefully chosen painted options.
