Just a quick note to say how (continually) delighted we are with your service.  We called you to say that our bed was creaking and that we couldn’t get all the screws to tighten them, and so you offered to send someone to help.  Pete called us yesterday to give us an ETA for today, then called en route so we knew exactly when to expect him.  He found the problem straight away (one of the drawers) and fixed it.  No more creaking!

I can’t tell you how pleased we are with both the bed and your company – we are recommending you to everyone.

Despite having a long drive ahead of him, he waited patiently and maintained his friendliness and professionalism.

The men delivering the bed were courteous and careful.  They were quick and efficient in assembling the bed, and before leaving gave advice about care and maintenance.  There was also an explanation as to how to take the bed apart.  It is not an exercise I intend to try!.

My new bed is beautiful piece of craftsmanship.  The standard of the finish is excellent, both the wood and the traditional methods of assembly; it fitted perfectly together, and fits perfectly in my bedroom alongside other real wood furniture.  It already feels like a heirloom.

A “Big Bed” Thank You

Hi Viv (and the team at Revival Beds)

I have been meaning to email you to thank you all for such a fantastic bed.  We took delivery of the Parisienne Super King low foot end bed just before Christmas last year.  We teamed it with a Vi Spring firm mattress and it would be an understatement to say it has transformed our lives.

Not only does a bigger bed somehow make our bedroom look bigger (we had a 5ft French cast iron high bed with a head and foot end before) but we sleep so much better.  We can comfortably sit up and read at night or drink tea in the morning and the biggest bonus of all is that our two small children can clamber in and have plenty of room to snuggle up or play.  Even in the unlikely event that one or other of them is under the weather, they can actually sleep the night between us and not disturb us with their constant wriggling!!

Thank you also for your fantastic service, the delivery guy (sorry can’t remember his name) made it up the hill to our house in very icy conditions, assembled the bed in record time and helped me move the new mattress into place.

I look forward to getting into the bed every single night and struggle every morning to extract myself from it – I have to say it was the best Christmas present we bought!!

Hi,
I thought I would write and tell you how lovely my new bed is, although I’m sure you get lots of glowing testimonials.

The beds took longer than expected to arrive once they left you, as there was obviously hand-over time between the various carriers, but the two beds made it up here OK. (There was our big 6ft 6 sq Marseillaise and my mother’s Healthbeds divan.)

My husband thought it was extremely well made well-machined and easy to put together with just the two of us, an electric screwdriver, spanners and a mallet.

I would recommend anyone to go for the memory foam mattress. It is fantastic. We have had the best night’s sleep ever since we have been in the new bed. I woke up a little stiff the first day but have had only wonderfully comfortable nights since. My husband took a week to become pain free as he had chronic low back pain due to the shape of his back-he has a flattened lumbar lordosis, but his back is more mobile than ever and he is not stiff in the mornings. He does not wake in the night with a stiff back and can enjoy sleeping on his back.

The wood is the perfect colour to go with the wood in the rest of the house and the bed looks really good. The back panel is substantial enough to balance the width and height of the bed, also the deluxe side panels set it off.

We have been getting up extremely late on the weekends as the bed is just so comfy to relax in with the morning tea and a book…
My cats love it, one lies under it (we have underfloor heating) and one just sleeps on top of it.

Once again, many thanks for the WONDERFUL bed.
